Graphics Specifications

If you are bringing your own graphics or purchasing graphics from other artists, below are the required names and sizes for each of the files needed.

Background tiles can be any size but we prefer 100x100px.   Remember the larger the graphis are in file size the longer they take to load. 

mainbg.gif  --  This is the outermost area of the layout or body

middlebg.gif -- This is the bottom layer normally in the side columns

topbg.gif --  This is the top most layer where your text will go in the main column and in the side columns.  Lighter colors work best here so your text will show up,  However we can make adjustments if requested.

webtopper.gif --This is the topper across all three columns at the top.  It should be sized 800 x 100px

logotext.gif --Logo in the main column area.  It should be sized 450 x 300 px although some layouts may be able to hold a large size.

Header Buttons- size should be 150 x 55px

homebtn.gif -- button to return to your home page

catbtn.gif -- header button that goes above your product or category area

sitedocbtn.gif --header button that goes above your information and extra pages area

shopcartbtn.gif  -- header button that goes above your shopping cart area

featuredbtn.gif  -- header button that goes above your featured product area

maillistbtn.gif -- headerbutton that goes above your mailing list area

tocartbtn.jpg  --  This is your add to cart button and it needs to be in the jpg format.

 

divider.gif -- divider if used, no longer than 500px in width

header.gif --Some layouts use a header instead of a topper.  Headers should be 800px wide and can be any height, however we fell around 300px and below work best.
